Ernest P. Mansour

Mr. Mansour is a Founding Member of MCM.
Although retired, he continues to advise the company.
He has been a highly respected and successful corporate litigator for over 40 years.
Since 1972, He has been the Managing Partner of Mansour, Gavin, Gerlack & Manos Co., LPA, a Cleveland based law practice.
Its principal practice areas include general corporate, labor, product liability and antitrust law.
Mr. Mansour was the first litigator to challenge successfully and defeat the IRS rules prohibiting a premium deduction for companies that established domestic captive insurance units.
These cases, among others, are commonly cited as precedent setting.
He has tried numerous cases in several state supreme courts and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Mansour has litigated in numerous international courts (including the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany and Belgium) on behalf of Invacare Corporation and Swagelok Company.
Mr. Mansour received his Bachelor of Science Degree from St. Francis College and a Juris Doctor Degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
