Penfold is a Chief Operating & Chief Compliance Officer at Prime Executions, Inc. As Prime Executions Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Penfold is responsible for the administration and oversight of the firm’s Institutional Trading, Compliance, Technology and Back Office Operations.
Mr. Penfold joined Prime Executions in 2003 after eight years as Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy, and had remained active in the Navy Reserves supporting variety of National Defense initiatives from Strategic Planning to NATO partner initiatives, until retiring August of 2020, having achieved the rank of Captain.
He holds Bachelor of Science degree from the U.
S.
Merchant Marine Academy, Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida and is graduate of The Joint and Combined Warfighting School at Joint Forces Staff College.
