The Food Services segment sells the same products for bars, snack bars, cafes, restaurants, industrial kitchens, and others. The Dairy Products segment includes the services of industrialization and sales of products such as cheeses, ricotta, and cream cheese, for the domestic market. The company was founded by Maria Dalva Couto Mendoca, Helder Couto de Mendonca and Helida Stael Mendonca in July 1990 and is headquartered in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
