Delores Ratliff

Ms. Delores Ratliff is Administrative Assistant at 1st Global Advisors, Inc. She is a BMS Administrative Associate.
In this role, she works with the BMS Firms in licensing, marketing materials, relationship management fees, travel arrangements for the BMS group, making arrangements for recruiting BMS firms and advisors.
Ms. Ratliff has been with 1st Global since 1999.
She was originally hired as an administrative assistant, working with a variety of departments inside the company.
Her extensive knowledge of 1st Global processes, products and services makes her an invaluable member of the BMS team.
Prior to joining 1st Global, Ms. Ratliff lived in the Tyler area for 25 years, where she earned her associate's degree from Tyler Junior College and worked in various office positions for the Kelly Tire Plant in Tyler, Texas.
She also worked in the telecommunications field as a marketing and events coordinator.
She has worked several years teaching various types of dance lessons, from country to East Coast Swing.
She has three grown children, one of which is currently serving in the U.S.
Army.
