David N. Goldberg

Prior to joining in Oakwood Capital Management LLC, Mr. Goldberg started his career in the financial services industry in the early 1970's at Smith Barney Harris Upham, where he was a branch examiner in the Compliance and Legal Department.
In this role, He gained considerable exposure to the operations, compliance and branch procedures within the firm.
He ultimately became responsible for conducting branch office inspections to locate and correct violations of regulatory and firm policies.
Most recently, Mr. Goldberg was an officer and financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, with whom he was with for nearly thirty years, where he provided investment counseling to a broad base of private and institutional clients.
His experience in consulting with his clients regarding a spectrum of investment products, including stocks, bonds, and cash management, as well as asset allocation, perfectly lends itself to his advisory role with Oakwood clients.
Mr. Goldberg's enjoyment of his relationships with clients is one of the favorite aspects of his work, and he is proud of the fact that many of his former clients were multi-generational.
Mr. Goldberg likes to spend whatever leisure time he has on the golf course, as well as being an active participant in the organization of PGA golf events in the Seattle area, where he resides with his wife, Leta, and their son, Alex.
