Darryl Mark Flint

Mr. Darryl M.
Flint is a Founder & Chief Investment Officer at Double Haven Capital (Hong Kong) Ltd.
He has overall responsibility for all investment activities, including strategy formation, portfolio management and trading, as well as being a member of the risk and governance committees of the firm.
Mr. Flint formed the core investment team in 2002 and has built a long investment track record in Asian credit.
His depth of knowledge and experience in Asian markets in the disciplines of investment grade and high yield bonds, loans, direct lending, distressed debt and equity is significant.
He began his Asian investment career in 1993 as an equity analyst with Mees Pierson moving later to Credit Suisse covering Southeast Asian equity markets.
He went on to head Asian credit research at Bear Stearns as member of the Emerging Market Credit Trading team.
He was a founding member of PMA Investment Advisors the largest alternatives start up in 2002 holding the title of Chief Investment Officer for credit.
In 2006, following SPARX’s acquisition of PMA he assumed the CIO role for Asian credit strategies at SPARX.
Mr. Flint holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Thames Valley University (1993) and an MBA from University of Warwick (2007).
Mr. Flint has lived in Malaysia and Singapore and currently resides in Hong Kong.
