Chris Mates is the CLO and CCO, managing the legal and compliance affairs of Disruptive and its Registered Investment Adviser and Broker Dealer affiliates.
He is an attorney with over 25 years of experience working in the financial regulatory environment focusing on the rules and regulations of the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, State regulators, and various securities and derivatives Exchanges.
He holds a B.S.
in Business Administration from Miami University, an M.B.A.
from Xavier University, a J.D.
from Chicago-Kent College of Law and holds Series 3, 4, 7, 8, 15, 24, 27, 63, 79, and 99 registrations.
