Alcentra NY LLC (Alcentra) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in New York City. The firm was founded in 2002 and became a subsidiary of The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in 2006. They were acquired by Franklin Resources, Inc. (NYSE: BEN) in 2022.
