Chet Rastogi

Mr. Chetan Rastogi is a Portfolio Manager & Partner at Heron Bay Capital Management LLC.
He is is responsible for security research, selection and portfolio construction.
He uses rules based proprietary algorithms to narrow the opportunity set and deep fundamental analysis to guide the investment process.
As an Engineer and Manager at GM advanced engineering, Mr. Rastogi was responsible for developing and deploying several pioneering engineering and statistical optimization tools firm wide.
Later, he along with a partner bootstrapped and grew an engineering and manufacturing firm.
Prior to joining Heron Bay Capital Management, He was a Quantitative Research Manager at Seizert Capital Partners based in Birmingham, MI.
Mr. Rastogi has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and The Ohio State University.
