Mr. Charles E.
Miller, Jr., is a Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at Oxford Life Insurance Co. His career has been focused in the life insurance industry for over thirty years.
Mr. Miller was a Vice President of AXA Equitable and Chief Financial Officer of its subsidiary, US Financial Life Insurance Company.
Previously, he held positions as Executive Vice President and CFO of the Ceres Group, Inc., parent of five life insurance companies.
Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President, CFO, and Director of the Harcourt General Insurance Companies, owner of three life insurance companies.
He has successfully led the financial teams of his former Life Company employers, including Controllers, Actuarial, Treasury, Investments, and M & A; facilitating growth and profitability in a controlled environment.
He was instrumental in overseeing over thirty acquisitions in this process, in addition to having held the role of Managing Partner of a Life Insurance Company acquisition firm.
He has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech and numerous certificates in the insurance industry, including an FLMI with distinction.
