Brian Spang

Brian Spang brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting expertise to his role as SurfControl's Senior Vice President of Finance, Worldwide Corporate Controller where he is responsible for SurfControls financial management operations.
Brian was corporate controller of Rational Software before joining SurfControl in September 2001.
At Rational Software, he worked closely with senior management to help the company meet or exceed financial expectations quarterly for five years.
Previously, Brian served as corporate controller for The Learning Company and eoInc. Prior to those roles, he spent 12 years at Apple Computer Inc. in a variety of strategic level finance and accounting positions.
Brian graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
