The firm was founded in 1987 and previously known as Litman Gregory Asset Management LLC. Formerly owned by Litman Gregory Capital Partners LLC, the firm was acquired in June 2021 by iM Global Partner SAS in France. LGWM provides independent investment management services to individuals, multi-generational families, nonprofits, banks, trusts, estates, charitable organizations and pension and profit-sharing plans.
