Brett Scharf has a strong background in entrepreneurship and operations and fulfills C-level roles at APCO Capital portfolio companies.
In addition he helps source, analyze, structure and execute investments.
Currently, he is Managing Director/Global CFO of Standard Fiber, a worldwide leader in home bedding.
In addition he is Managing Director of Peter Reed Limited based in the UK; a premium producer of luxury high-end bed linens.
Brett also has broad transaction experience ranging from leveraged buyouts, acquisition roll-ups and restructuring/reorganizations with domain expertise in IT services, consumer discretionary, energy and financial services.
Brett's career entails tenures at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Salomon Brothers Asia Ltd.
Brett earned his BS in Economics and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and attended Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan.
Brett is married with two children living in Salt Lake City, UT.
His interests include trail running, tennis and rock guitar.
