Andrea Newton

Andrea Newton joined the Asset Management team in 2002 as a Financial Analyst.
Her responsibilities include providing research and analysis to the Asset Management team for development and operating properties.
Ms. Newton has been with Kennedy since 1996 when she began working with the client relations team as the Marketing Coordinator.
Prior to joining Kennedy, Ms. Newton worked on a daily newspaper for five years at the University of Montana.
Ms. Newton received a BA from the University of Montana and more recently a certificate in non-fiction writing from the University of Washington.
She is also a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
