Mr. Kachra graduated from Colgate University in 1996 with a Bachelor’s in Economics and Philosophy, from the University of Toronto in 1998 with a Master’s in Philosophy and in 2004 from London Business School with a Masters in Finance.
In 1999, he joined Northwater Capital where he conducted qualitative and quantitative research on hedge funds for the firm’s fund of funds portfolio.
Mr. Kachra joins Polar Securities from a credit arbitrage hedge fund where he researched, analyzed and traded relative value credit strategies across company capital structures.
