(formed in 1982) and Individual Asset Planning (formed in 1983) joined to form Bugen, Stuart, Korn, & Cordaro, Inc. They changed their name to RegentAtlantic Capital in 2001. In 2021, the firm became a majority-owned subsidiary of CI Private Wealth LLC, which is majority-owned subsidiary of CI Financial Corp. (TSX: CIX; NYSE: CIXX) in Canada. RegentAtlantic offers global wealth management and asset management advisory services to individual and institutional clients.
