New Board Members

Following the resignation of two members of the Board of Directors as communicated on 8 May 2015, the Board of OTI Energy SA has decided to propose Messrs Giovanni (Gianni) Maria Operto and Guido Gregorini as new members to be elected as soon as possible. The CVs of the proposed new members are attached hereto. Mr Gianni Operto will also be proposed for election as President of the Board.

Until replacement elections will be taking place, the Board has designated Mr Nicolò von Wunster to act as interim President.
