Vera Mumm

Ms. Vera Mumm is Controller at SVB Capital.
She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of SVB Capital families of funds.
Ms. Mumm joined SVB in 2005, focusing initially on SVB’s more than 350 venture firm and portfolio company balance sheet investments.
In that role, is was also responsible for the monthly consolidation procedures related to SVB Financial Group subsidiaries.
Since 2007, she has focused exclusively on the management of SVB Capital’s families of funds.
Prior to joining SVB, Mumm was a manager at a regional public accounting firm, where she earned her certified public accounting (CPA) designation.
Ms. Mumm graduated magna cum laude from Menlo College with a bachelor’s degree in international business.
She also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rice University, Jones Graduate School of Management.
