Mr. Thomas Rubahn joined Steadfast Capital in February 2002 and is responsible primarily for the execution and management of direct buyout investments for the firm.
In addition, he serves as a non-executive director of Fahrzeugelektrik Pirna, Dahlewitzer Landbäckerei and pitti Heimtierprodukte.
Mr. Thomas Rubahn has led more than 12 buyout transactions since beginning his investment career in the German private equity industry in 1991.
Prior to joining Steadfast Capital, he spent five years at CVC Capital Partners after a five year career as an investment director at 3 Deutschland GmbH, where he was responsible for the investment activities in Bavaria.
He began his working career in 1987 at Digital Equipment in Germany.
Mr. Thomas Rubahn holds a degree in business administration from Würzburg University and a masters in business administration (MBA) from SUNY, Albany (USA).
