Ms. Susan L.
Schmidt is Investment Controller at City Investment Partners LLC.
She has over 25 years experience in the Hospitality and Retail Industries in the areas of Financial Accounting, Reporting and Project Management.
She joined CIF to monitor financial results and the building improvement plan of CIF's investment in the Crowne Plaza Times Square Hotel and other future investments.
Prior to joining CIF, Ms. Schmidt was with Millennium Hotels & Resorts, a global hotel chain of over 100 owned and managed hotels, for 16 years.
She was Financial Controller at the Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York City and then advanced to Corporate Project Manager/Controller over Millennium's US Division consisting of 13 hotels.
In this capacity she was responsible for the financial reporting and over site of the group's annual capital investment, major renovation and development programs.
Prior to Millennium, Ms. Schmidt held positions of Financial Controller for 10 years.
Ms. Schmidt was an Accounting Major at Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana.
