Prior to his current role at Vanguard Europe in London since 2016, he led the Portfolio Review Department, responsible for developing and overseeing all of Vanguard’s mutual funds and ETFs, assessing fund performance and portfolio consistency, and monitoring Vanguard’s external advisors.
