Robert Fishman

Mr. Robert Fishman is the Founder and Executive Director of Resources for Human Development (RHD), a diversified, 38-year old non-profit with operations in thirteen states and an annual budget of $186MM.
He is responsible for RHD’s growth from inception to its present size with operations in thirteen states and more than 4,000 employees.
At RHD, more than 300 contracts with Federal, State and County governments fund projects including mental health and mental retardation services, drug addiction therapies; residences and sheltered living for the homeless.
Mr. Fishman has previously served as Organization Executive and Program Developer for Pennsylvania Hospital, where he conceived, developed and implemented major mental health, health centers and public health programs for Pennsylvania Hospital and University of Pennsylvania with budgets in excess of $5M.
Mr. Fishman holds a BA from Brooklyn College and MSW from Columbia University.
