Ping Kai Ou Yang

Ping Kai Ou Yang served as the Chairman-Supervisory Board at China Resources Boya Bio-pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
from 2017 to 2021.
He also worked as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Changmao Biochemical Engineering Co., Ltd.
from 2001 to 2022.
Prior to his career in the industry, he was the President of Nanjing University of Technology.
Dr. Ou Yang received his graduate degree from Tsinghua University in 1981 and his undergraduate degree from the same university in 1968.
