Paul Song

Paul Song has been Senior Vice President of Engineering for Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. since April 2000.
He has been at Integrated Silicon Solution since July 1990.
Dr. Song was Vice President of Engineering for Integrated Silicon Solution from April 1999 to April 2000 and Vice President of Design Engineering from July 1996 to April 1999.
He was Director of Nonvolatile Memory Design Engineering.
Dr. Song held various design engineering positions at Integrated Circuit Technology Corp., Exel Microelectronics and Advanced Micro Devices.
He received a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
