Koelling has been a Director of Boardwalk Bancorp, Inc. since 2001 and President and Chief Executive Officer of AtlantiCare Health Plans since 1998.
Prior to joining AtlantiCare as Chief Operating Officer in 1993, she held various positions with PruCare for 14 years.
Ms. Koelling serves on a variety of Boards including the United Way, Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce and Gilda's Club of South Jersey.
She is a graduate of Stockton State College.
