Nilüfer Sezgin

Ms. Nilüfer Sezgin is an Executive Vice President & Chief Economist at IS Portfoy Yonetimi AS.
In 2015, she joined Is Asset Management and worked as Chief Economist until 2020.
She has been appointed as Executive Vice President in April 2020 and she is in charge of Research, Law, Human Resources, Information Technologies and Corporate Communications departments in Is Asset Management.
She developed 17 years of experience in the finance sector.
She assumed active roles as teaching and research assistants during her academic life.
She began her professional career in the financial sector in 2005 as Economist, before taking Chief Economist posts in reputable local and international investment houses between 2011- 2015.
In 2015, she joined Is Asset Management and worked as Chief Economist until 2020.

Ms. Sezgin graduated from Bogaziçi University with B.A.
and M.A.
degrees in Economics in 2003 and 2005, respectively.
