Nicholas McDonough

Nicholas McDonough has been Executive Vice President, Asset Management of Mills Corp.
since May 2003.
From August 2002 until May 2003, he was Chief Financial Officer of Mills Corp.
Prior to joining Mills Corp., he was a Founding Partner and President of The Harris McDonough Group, Inc, a retail real estate development company that specialized in the value retail sector.
He was one of the four Founding Partners of the McArthur Glen Group, a developer of manufacturers outlet centers, and served in several capacities including most recently as Executive Vice President of Finance.
Before joining McArthur Glen Group, he worked as an Accountant for Beers & Cutler, a regional accounting firm.
Mr. McDonough has a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.
