McKay

Prior to joining Kramer Van Kirk Credit Strategies, Mr. McKay was a Credit Director at GE Capital Commercial Finance.
He joined GE Capital in 1991.
From 1994 to 2001, Mr. McKay held various credit and risk management positions in GE Capital's Commercial Finance Group.
Previously, he was Senior Vice President at FirstLight Financial Corporation where he executed senior secured loan transactions including creating deal structure; underwriting the risk/return; presenting and supporting the credit evaluation; negotiating and executing legal documentation and managing the investment.
Prior to FirstLight, Mr. McKay was Director in Credit Research at LightPoint Capital Management where he was responsible for research in the Broadcasting, Telecom, Electronics, Printing and Publishing and Financial Services industries.
Mr. McKay earned his B.B.A.
in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A., with concentrations in Finance and Economics, from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
