Martin Goehringer

Mr. Goehringer joined North Castle in June 2004.
Prior to joining North Castle, Mr. Goehringer served as a Director for Bisys Private Equity Services, an outsourcing group, where he assisted various private equity funds in providing accurate and timely reporting to their investors.
Prior to Bisys, Mr. Goehringer was an audit manager for KPMG serving Fortune 50 clients in the Metro New York region.
Mr. Goehringer is a Certified Public Accountant.
He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration with dual degrees in finance and taxation from Fordham University, and attained a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Binghamton University.
