Mark Lloyd Zusy

Mr. Zusy joined Gulf Stream in October 2008.
He has several years of broad capital markets experience with senior roles in the securitization of various credit and mortgage related products, structured products and additional experiences in primary capital markets and derivative businesses.
He was a Managing Director at Lehman Brothers, where he had a twenty-one year career before leaving in May 2007.
He managed Lehman Brothers 25 person CDO banking group responsible for the origination, structuring and distribution of funded CDO transactions-with particular focus on the CLO business.
Mr. Zusy started the CDO group in 1995.
He was the chairperson of the Bond Market Association’s CDO Committee in 2006 and a founding member of the committee in 2002.
He was previously Lehman Brothers Real Estate Mortgage Industries Group, with senior roles in managing and structuring securitizations of performing, sub-performing and non-performing commercial and residential mortgage loans - many of which were acquired from the RTC and FDIC.
He also worked in Lehman Brothers capital markets and derivatives businesses.
Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1986, he worked for several years with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Prudential Securities and Manufacturers Hanover in the interest rate and currency swap markets.
Mr. Zusy earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton Graduate School of Business (concentrations in finance and accounting), and a Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University (economics major).
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
