CELLnTec Advanced Cell Systems AG develops methods for the cultivation of epithelial cells. It offers progenitor cell targeted (PCT) media for the isolation and retention of undifferentiated cells, and non-PCT media for differentiation in 2D or 3D culture; and primary human and long-term animal cells. The firm also offers various products for the culture of primary epidermal keratinocytes, airway epithelium cells, primary epithelial cells from human and a range of animal species, primary corneal and limbal epithelial cells from human and mouse, primary fibroblasts from human and a range of animal species, primary prostate epithelial cells from human and a range of animal species, and other products. The company was founded by Peter Girling, Maja Suter and Eliane Müller in 2002 and is headquartered in Bern, Switzerland.
