Kevin Rigdon

Prior to joining Impact in 2000, Mr. Rigdon worked as an asset-backed private placements and securitization consultant to add value by utilizing significant transaction experience and capital markets knowledge.
A significant portion of his work involved assisting financial institutions in arranging portfolio transactions and developing lending programs to satisfy Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) criteria.
Clientele included banking, savings and loan, insurance, mortgage banking and consumer finance companies.
From 1988 until 1991, Mr. Rigdon was Assistant Vice President, Capital Markets, with Columbia Savings & Loan where he was responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of a capital markets-driven methodology for actively managing the mortgage portfolio.
He also served as rotational staff for Credit & Risk Management at First Chicago Corporation and was responsible for analytical reviews to evaluate the company's risk position in various trading, lending and investing activities.
Mr. Rigdon earned an MBA degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelors degree from Indiana University.
He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
