Seafarer Capital Partners LLC (Seafarer) is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Larkspur, California. The firm was founded by Andrew Foster and Michelle Foster in 2011. They are principally owned by the Andrew Theodore Foster and Michelle Marie Foster Revocable Living Trust. Seafarer manages investment portfolios for institutional clients which include two US-registered investment companies.

Founded in 1992 by Joseph DuCote and Frank Soriano, Sutter Securities, Inc. is a FINRA-registered broker/dealer located in San Francisco. The firm underwrites, trades and sells fixed-income and equity products. Their trading desk also engages in agency transactions in U.S. Government and agency obligations, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, MBS, ABS, listed and over-the-counter stocks, and domestic and foreign CDs and commercial paper. The firm serves domestic and international institutional clients, including bond and mutual funds, insurance companies, corporations, banks, retirement funds and investment advisors.
