Karan Singh Chadha

Mr. Karan Chadha is Head of Specialist Credit at ACPI Investments Ltd.
He joined ACPI in March 2011.
Prior to joining ACPI, he worked at Aladdin Capital Management in London as a Senior Portfolio Manager responsible for the firms credit products with a focus on emerging markets and high yield.
Prior to Aladdin Capital, he was a Partner & Senior Portfolio Manager at Washington Square Investment Management also based in London.
At Washington Square he was in charge of a team that managed over $450 million in various credit products and a member of the firm’s investment management committee.
He was responsible for listing “Carador” the first CDO equity fund listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Prior to Washington Square, he worked at Oaktree Capital Management, LLC in Los Angeles where he was a member of the investment team responsible for investing the Company’s high yield and leveraged investments fund.
Prior to Oaktree, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of J.P.
Morgan Securities Inc. in New York.
His primary role was to structure and syndicate leveraged loans, high yield bonds and mezzanine debt for leveraged buyouts, spin offs, acquisition financings and debtor in possession transactions.
Mr. Chadha earned a B.A.
in Political Science and Economics from Franklin and Marshall College, PA.
