Julie A. Williams

Ms. Williams joined GreatBanc Trust Company in 2004.
Prior to joining GreatBanc Trust, Ms. Williams was a financial advisor with Duff & Phelps, LLC where she worked on business valuations, fairness opinions, and a variety of corporate finance and strategic advisory engagements involving leveraged employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs).
Ms. Williams also provided corporate advisory services as a consultant with Arthur Andersen, LLC and was an investment analyst in the trust department of Amoco Corporation.
Ms.Williams received a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Michigan and a master of business administration degree in finance and entrepreneurial management from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Williams serves as a Vice President in the Qualified Retirement Plan Services group, specializing on ESOP transactional analysis and special fiduciary services.
Ms. Williams provides expertise in matters such as the purchase and sale of privately held companies by ESOPs, ESOP stock valuation, and approving settlements on behalf of qualified retirement plans nvolved in securities and ERISA stock drop litigation.
Ms. Williams is located in GreatBanc Trust's downtown Chicago office.
