Hynes, Esq.
is President & Chief Executive Officer at Care New England Health System, Inc. Following four years of active duty in the US Air Force, Mr. Hynes held several administrative positions in hospital management.
In 1980, he joined the law firm of Hinckley, Allen, Salisbury, and Parsons, LLP, and became a partner in 1982.
His professional associations include serving as past Trustee and Chairman of the Hospital Association of Rhode Island, Trustee of Rhode Island Public Expenditure Council, Vice Chairman of Rhode Island Quality Institute, Trustee of Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce, Director of Women & Infants Indemnity, Ltd., Director of Toll Gate Indemnity, Ltd., Past President of the Rhode Island Magnetic Resonance Imaging Network, Director of Vector Healthsystems, Trustee of Healthcare Provider Services, Inc., Past President of Health Advantage of RI, Trustee of Kent County Health Services, and an Advisory Board member of The Point Judith Capital Partners.
In June 1990, he received the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow Rotary International Award.
He is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Hynes holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Providence College, a masters degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University, a juris doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, and is admitted to practice law in the State of Rhode Island.
