Mr. Mullen earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, from University of California, Santa Cruz.
He received an Associates of Arts degree in Economics and achieved a Master’s of Science degree with honors in Financial Analysis and Investment Management from St. Mary’s College of California.
