They are a subsidiary of Mondrian Investment Partners Holdings Ltd., which is owned by Atlantic Value Investment Partnership LP in the US. Mondrian provides investment management services to a broad-based group of international institutional investors. In addition to separately managed accounts, Mondrian acts as investment adviser to the Gallery Trust, an SEC-registered investment company that consists of six Mondrian funds.

The firm was founded by Patricia Karolyi in 1990 and is a subsidiary of Mondrian Investment Group (US), Inc. MIP’s sole activity is to carry out the marketing and client services activities for Mondrian Investment Partners Ltd. (MIPL) in North America., which provides investment management services (the investment and reinvestment of assets) to a broad-based group of international institutional investors.
