Pragma Capital SA (Pragma) is an independent, partner-owned private equity firm which was created jointly by Crédit Agricole and Credit Lyonnais in 2002. Pragma became independent in 2004 when the four founding partners acquired the firm. Based in Paris, the firm manages the Pragma private equity funds, dedicated to leveraged buyout transactions, for French and international institutional and individual investors.

NIP was established in 1987 and is located in Paris. NIP specializes in large-scale private equity transactions and manages the risk capital company (SCR) Natixis Investissement, sponsored by NPE.
