Jay Roy is president and chief executive officer of the FHLBank of Pittsburgh.
He earned both bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.
He is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Rutgers University, and the Executive Program at Carnegie-Mellon University.
Prior to joining the FHLBank, Jay held various management positions with Mellon Bank Corporation in Pittsburgh, serving as senior vice president of Finance from 1978 to 1987.
In that position, he was responsible for the financial planning, treasury, control, accounting and tax functions for the corporation.
