Graham Capital Management LP (Graham) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and alternative investment manager headquartered in Rowayton, Connecticut. The firm was founded by Kenneth Tropin in 1994. They are a subsidiary of KGT Investment Partners LP, owned by KGT Capital LP. Graham provides investment advice to global institutions, endowments and foundations, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, investment management advisors, and qualified individual investors.

Founded in 2007 by Neil Chriss, Hutchin Hill Capital LP is a registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager located in New York City. The firm serves as the investment advisor to Hutchin Hill Capital Domestic Fund LP, Hutchin Hill Capital Offshore Fund Ltd. and Hutchin Hill Diversified Alpha Master Fund Ltd. The firm's affiliate, Hutchin Hill Fund GP LLC, serves as the general partner of the Diversified Alpha Domestic Fund. The Diversified Alpha Feeder Funds invest substantially all of their assets through a master feeder structure directly or indirectly in the Diversified Alpha Master Fund. Hutchin Hill Capital has entered into sub-advisory agreements with Hutchin Hill Capital Texas LP and Hutchin Hill UK LLP.
