Mr. Gregory Rudka is Partner at Blair Franklin Capital Partners, Inc. He joined Blair Franklin in 2011 with several years of experience in investment banking and corporate transactions across a diverse group of industries.
Mr. Rudka was Head of Diversified Industries at TD Securities where he ran a group responsible for providing M&A and corporate finance services to companies across various sectors including, consumer, retail, industrial, transportation and agribusiness.
Prior to this, he was a Vice Chairman and Head of Consumer Products at Scotia Capital, responsible for the group covering the retail, consumer products and agribusiness sectors.
He started his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers in New York and Toronto where he developed cross-border experience across a wide variety of transactions.
Prior to investment banking, he practiced securities law for several years at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg in Toronto.
Mr. Rudka earned an MBA from the University of Chicago, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto and a BA (Economics) from York University.
He is active in the community and a Director of several charitable and educational organizations.
