AFP Capital SA (Investment Management) (AFP-IM) is the pension fund management division of Chile-based AFP Capital SA (SA: AFPCAPITAL), itself a subsidiary of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana SA (BVC: GRUPOSUR; OTCMKTS: GIVSY) in Colombia. The firm was founded in 1981 as AFP Santa Maria SA. Headquartered in Santiago, AFP-IM provides a range of investment management services related to the management of their pension funds.

Administradora General de Fondos Security SA (AGF Security) is the fund management subsidiary of Banco Security SA, which is a subsidiary of financial services firm Grupo Security SA (SSE: SECURITY) in Chile. Founded in 1992 as Administradora de Fondos Mutuos Security SA, the firm changed their name to their current name in 2003. AGF Security is headquartered in Santiago and specializes in providing advisory services, asset and investment management for individual, corporate and institutional clients.
