Frank J. Weldon

Mr. Weldon is a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager.
Mr. Weldon manages client portfolios and is a member of the Investment Strategy Committee.
Prior to joining Emerson, he founded Delta Financial Management Corporation in 1981, which merged with Emerson in 2004.
His prior positions in the industry include Senior Portfolio Manager for The Massachusetts Company and Research Analyst with A.G.
Becker & Company.
A Chartered Financial Analyst, Mr. Weldon is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and a member of the Boston Securities Analyst Society.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame (BA) and he attended the University of Southern California Business School.
