Mr. Don L.
Tisdel is Co-Founder & Senior Operating Partner at NCA Partners, Inc. He has been on the Boards of numerous portfolio companies, as well as other for-profit and not-for-profit entities.
He currently serves on the Board of Maxum Petroleum.
Currently, and for the past five years he has been Secretary-Treasurer and Board member of the United States Tennis Association.
Prior to co-founding NCA in 1992, Mr. Tisdel was President and CEO of Far West Federal Bank, a $3.5 Billion Savings Bank headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
Prior to Far West, for 10 years he was President and CEO of Orbanco Financial Services, a $2 Billion diversified, national, one bank holding company headquartered in Portland, Oregon.
Mr. Tisdel holds a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the University of Utah, and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
