David Albo

Prior to joining Imperial Capital in September 2007, Mr. Albo was an analyst with KPMG Transaction Advisory, where his deal experience included the divestiture of a public transportation company, the refinancing of an automotive parts manufacturer, as well as other corporate finance, valuation and restructuring assignments.
Mr. Albo received his BA in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina, in 2006.
He was President of the College’s Investment and Finance Association, where he managed a portfolio of large-cap equities from the Davidson endowment and was the student representative on the Advisory Council on Finance.
In 2005, Mr. Albo participated in the Certificate in Finance program at NYU, and in 2004, he was awarded the Bank of America scholarship for an independent research study on banking and financial markets in the European Union.
