Darren T. Gange

Mr. Gange joined Red Diamond Capital in February 2007.
Prior to joining Red Diamond, he was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Duff & Phelps Securities, LLC.
He has years of investment banking experience executing mergers and acquisitions, private placements and recapitalization transactions involving middle market companies across a variety of industry sectors.
Mr. Gange previously was an Associate at Stone Ridge Partners LLC, a boutique middle market M&A advisory firm primarily focused on the consumer products industry.
While at Stone Ridge Partners, he assisted in the organization of the management buyout of Duff & Phelps from Webster Bank.
Prior to joining Stone Ridge Partners, he was an Analyst in the Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Gange received his BS in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
