Clifford E. Peterson

Mr. Clifford E.
Peterson is a Managing Director at Gateway City Capital Investors.
He joined the firm in 2007.
He has extensive years of experience executing and managing middle market private equity investments across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Gateway City Capital, Mr. Peterson was a Principal with Banc of America Capital Investors-Chicago.
During his tenure with BACI, Mr. Peterson’s responsibilities included evaluating, structuring and closing investments, in addition to investment oversight of portfolio companies.
Previously, he was with Glencoe Capital, LLC, a middle-market leveraged buyout firm.
Mr. Peterson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Potter Holdings, LLC.
Mr. Peterson earned a B.S.
and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
