Chris Maxwell Wiltshire

Mr. Chris Wiltshire received his Master degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and MBA from the Darden Graduate Business School at the University of Virginia.
He has 18 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical industry in roles covering strategic alliances and investments, new product development and sales and marketing with Pfizer and Eli Lilly.
Earlier in his career, Mr Wiltshire was a merchant banker in London and New York specialising in IPO’s, M&A transactions and private equity investments, initially with Samuel Montagu and then Charterhouse.
His responsibilities have included Head of Investments at The Pfizer Incubator, directly leading the structuring and negotiation of incubator company investments and technology licenses and providing operational oversight of the incubator portfolio.
He has served in the positions of board director and observer and managed Pfizer’s portfolio of research collaboration-related capital investments and structured and negotiated numerous equity investments in private and public biotech companies.
Mr Wiltshire has extensive pharmaceutical product commercialization experience, including as commercial leader on Pfizer’s Chantix and Selzentry product development teams and in sales management for the launch of Lilly’s Zyprexa in the UK.
Mr Wiltshire has his own consultancy practice based in the US in the areas of pharmaceutical product and technology licensing and investing, acquisitions and fund raising, providing advice to emerging biotechnology companies and investors.
