Carinn Neo

Ms. Carinn Neo is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Paragon Capital Management Singapore Pte Ltd.
She has more than 24 years of fixed income experience, where she managed products including credit, interest rates and derivatives structures, as well as global and emerging market bonds and loans, and discretionary fixed income mandates.
She possesses a deep understanding of the Asia Pacific market.
Prior to joining PCMS, she spent over 12 years with Credit Suisse Private Bank Singapore as Co-head of the discretionary fixed income mandates for the APAC region.
In her role, she was also the senior portfolio manager for various fixed income strategies including Asia unconstrained bond mandates, fixed maturity and SGD global fixed income mandates.
Prior to this portfolio management role, she was Head of Fixed Income Advisory APAC.
Her earlier career includes being part of Bear Stearns Fixed Income team, Fund Manager in DBS Asset Management and Fixed Income Credit Analyst in OUB Asset Management.
